The Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix invites you to the 6th Annual Ikebana Exhibit, sponsored by The Sogetsu Ikebana Study Group.
Ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arrangement, is subtle, sensitive, sophisticated, and meditative. The growing appreciation of Japanese art and architecture in the west has extended to the Japanese way of flowers.
An exquisite display of Ikebana arrangements will be exhibited throughout the garden designed by Ikebana enthusiasts and talented artists.
Ikebana is the product of human's creativity and imagination using the natural beauty of many beautiful flowers, plants and raw materials.
Enjoy beautiful art creations that embellish the serenity of the strolling Japanese garden in the middle of downtown Phoenix.
