Program deposit covers the cost of the academy sessions materials, background checks, and family membership to the Phoenix Sister Cities. This amount is not related to the future travel amounts, including the cost of airfare and travel insurance. $100 of the deepest is refundable upon successful partification and completion of all mandatory program activities, including all Academy Sessions, fundraisers, city committee meetings, hosting calendar events, and classroom presentation. Please note that any breech of the Code of Conduct, including excessive tardiness, will result in the automatic forfeit of the program deposit. The Code of Conduct will be covered in full at the upcoming Academy Session.
