In celebration of the 41-year Phoenix-Taipei sister city relationship, Phoenix City Hall will display artwork featuring both Zih Jie Weng and Ya Min Yang.

Both artists are well-known for their impressive masterpiece paintings and drawings. Don’t miss you chance to experience this beautiful artwork from sister Taipei!

The exhibit is open to the public and will be featured in Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St. from March 13 to April 3.
