DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nJoin the Grenoble Committee for a Simple Sauces cooking class on September 8.\nLearn to make: \nClassic Caesar Salad (cold sauce)\nThree Cheese Mac + Cheese (Mornay sauce)\nFlank Steak + Bearnaise Sauce (Hollandaise Sauce)\nRustic Fruit Tart + Créme Anglaise (custard sauce) \n  \n  \n \n  \nThe class is presented by Maggie Norris of Whisked Away.  Maggie graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1998.  She enrolled at Scottsdale Culinary Institute\, graduating at the top of her class.  Maggie left Phoenix to work at the Food Network in New York\, where she worked with Mario Batali\, Emeril\, Gale Gand\, Sara Moulton\, Kat Cora\, Rocco Dispirito and many more well-known chefs. Maggie returned to Phoenix and taught at Cooking with Class while also doing product demonstrations for Dacor Appliances.  She continued to teach private cooking lessons\, cook for small dinner parties and offer menu-planning services. Whisked Away has been a long time dream as she loves to teach others all about cooking. \n  \n  \nClass is limited to 8 people and will be conducted in Maggie’s home kitchen.  Class fee includes personal instruction from Maggie\,  the meal you prepare\, and wine. \nRegistrants will be provided with the address by follow up email. \n
