Phoenix Sister Cities President Ralph Marchetta & Executive Director Paula West presented a proposal for a sister city affiliation with Prague, Czech Republic to the Phoenix City Council Downtown, Aviation and Redevelopment Subcommittee.  The Subcommittee approved the proposal and formalization of the affiliation is scheduled to go before City Council on April 3.
